Found in tropical and temperate waters worldwide, the Dusky Shark (Carcharhinus obscurus) is known for its long migration patterns and impressive size. The Dusky Shark's slow growth rate and late maturity make it vulnerable to overfishing, particularly in longline fisheries. Conservation efforts focus on reducing bycatch and implementing stricter fishing regulations.
